Been a bit awol sorry!
Thursday 2nd August
b: banana, tea
l: salad leaves, cucumber, 1 hard boiled egg, grapes, green tea
s1: ff greek yogurt, honey, frozen raspberries
s2: 2 pieces bread, peanut butter
s3: tea and two biscuits
d: peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and quorn fillets stir fried in soy sauce
exercise: 15 min jog, 10 min intervals, 12 mins rowing, some ab work
friday 3rd august
b: 28g oats made with a mashed banana and peanut butter mixed in
s1: grapes, green tea
l: salad leaves, cucumber, 2 hard boiled eggs
d: soup, 2 slices brown seeded bread
s2: freddo frog
saturday 4th august (at work)
b: 28g oats with banana and pb
l: salad leaves, shredded carrot, 2 eggs, 1 muller light
s: a piece of shortbread
d: half a bowl of soup, 3 pieces of small bread
