I had a salad....wasn't very impressed with my first subway salad though tbh
 
I had chicken tikka with everything. Never tried jalapenos or olives...both are horrid i found out xD Left the sweetcorn cos i forgot i was on a red day and can't have it unless i syn it. Was ok, but i've had better salads.
 
i didnt know you had to syn sweetcorn on a red day?! good job i never do them! lol and thank you lovely ladies!!

Today is my second fast day of the week! Scales were up 0.4lbs today, but thats not a big deal as im still 1.5lbs down from official WI on Monday!

Plan is to not eat anything until this evening and top up on as much water as possible. In the evening i may just have some scrambled egg on toast with quorn sausages!

Stomach is crazy rumbling right now, but it feels funny! Kinda enjoying the feeling - how odd am i! I find chewing gum really helps take my mind off food though so i keep a massive packet with me at all times! Cant say that i've had much problem doing fast days this week! Lets see what the difference is at the month mark!! :)

yep sweetcorn is synned on red, as are peas.
 
I know when i have days where i cba to eat (yeah i have days when i am that lazy), i tend to feel hungry in the morning, but as the day wears on i feel less hungry, probably works the same with fasting. Also as soon as you eat you feel hungry.
 
I tend to decide i need to pee, the second i can't leave the desk for whatever reason xD

TGIF hey!!

WI again as usual shows 12st10lbs which equals a loss of 3lbs so far but i cant imagine it staying that for monday so we shall see. Going to be super good this weekend hopefully!!

Today im having:

B: Weetabix + almond milk (hea + heb)
S: 3 plums
L: OMG as im typing this i realise i left my potato at home :( :( - looks like im just having beans and low low cheese (2 syns) with salad for lunch then LOL
S: Pear
D: Mccains rustic chips (300g - 3 syns), fish from the chippy (batter removed) steamed veggies and some curry sauce (6 syns)

Total syns: 11


How is everyone else getting on this week?
 
I'm back weighing every morning, i did break the habit but now its back. I've shown a sts since tuesday, which is about right, it usually doesn't change til sunday/monday if it is going to change haha hope your 3lb sticks! I plan on having a good weekend, however mum is trying to sabotage me by deciding we're going out on sunday, we're taking our own food but she was trying to get me to a white bap when she knows i'm trying to stick to SW for at least a whole week. Hehe least I know there are wholemeal ones in the freezer cos i bought them :p
 
lol ally stand your ground!! My gran said to me yday why don't you eat chappatis anymore, cant exactly tell her they have 10 syns each, she'd be well confused! Shes like you should have at least one a day. er no thanks gran.. lol

dad gets his stitches taken out today so lets hope hes alright! He lost half a stone in a week, then again he hasnt been able to eat and he just underwent major surgery, but still!!! lol bless him
 
least he hasnt go staples, i remember mum having staples removed *shudders* she had those disolvable stitches though so didnt have to have those out.
