Morning all!! Thanks very much!! It wasn't the 4.5lbs I was hoping, but i did lose 3.5lbs! woo hoo! I got my stone award, and now I have my sights set on my club 10 which is only 2.5lbs away! eek how exciting!
Going to stick with the 2 fast days a week just to see if it continues of if it was just first week luck!
