Well done for the loss Karen. It’s great you are enjoying your meals. I have not had a chance to cook anything from the cook book yet, but I have been making my own soups. I don’t enjoy the food as much as I enjoyed food before the diet, but I do feel comfortably full after and it keeps me going until the next meal. I am not a big fan of red wine, I much prefer white so I have not had any alcohol since the beginning of the diet 3 weeks ago.
