2 day stray
right , after a 2 day unplanned but consious off plan break ,im back and raring to go .
hadnt planned to go off plan but had a couple of drinks and wanted to be out of ketosis for that , bit of an excuse i think really , but suffice to say , no regrets but i feel shockingly bluegh this morning and raring to get back on plan . didnt go crazy but i know im going to have to go through the initial nasties again to get back on track . so here we go

im planning 4 packs plus veg for the next couple of days to make life easier .
hubby is back from the ship in 12 days but hes said he wants to get on plan with me , he only has a stone or so to loose , hes 6 foot so hell have it off within a couple of weeks , well jell !!!!

anyway that will make like much easier as we have trips away planned ect so with both of us keeping our heads down itll be a breeze. (she sais

so ive got 6 weeks to go until i plan on doing the refeed before joining the ship for our summer holiday . we are joining on 23rd july so are going to start refeed the friday before (13th ) so we have a couple of days 'normal' sensible eating before joining the ship. so i have a stone and a half goal to loose before then and determined to get there

, so no more 'breaks'. so going to get o.h packs ordered this week so they are here for him getting home .
im going to change my weigh in day to friday now , that will give me a, time to get started again after this break and b, take me in line for the starting friday refeed .
