Hey sweetheart just caught up on yr diary x hope yr ok x and yr def not fat ! U might want to slim down but yr far from fat yr beautiful x chin up love xxxxxx
In answer to yr questions yes I have a diary I'm in week 7 and have lost 34lbs so far gone from a size 22 to an 18 so next goal Is a size 16 x congrats on the new bikini and on yr jeans being too big I can't wait to be where u are now x stick with it love will catch up again soon xx

Day 18: hungover!

Out of ketosis... Last night was ok, felt fat kept my blazer on the whole time :( I really i thought id feel better a stone lighter but I am not.

Severe headache this morning an know I cant face the shakes today so I am going to eat sensibly today and start properly tomorrow..

Means two days off the plan but I feel in control and I am not expecting a big loss this week anyway after last two weeks.

My brother said Ive lost weight on my neck? Lol he does make me laugh... Not exactly my target area but thanks
 
Ha ha yr neck hey lol men !!! Maybe it's just yr head needs time to catch up with yr body love a stone is a huge percentage of yr body weight to have lost so don't worry x hope u enjoy yr day off but make sure it doesn't spread to loads of days as its so easy to do xxxxxx sorry to hear about you having to keep yr jacket on but I'm sure u looked lovely it's prob just yr perception of yrself x I know I'm thinner as my clothes and the scales say I am but I have to admit I don't really feel it crazy I know but we can't help how we think xxxx

I know right, I dunno if he meant my collar bones or something but I'll take it as a compliment lol! A stone is a lot but I just cant see the changes only my clothes looser so thats proof I am losing it.

My day offs been structured even though its not cd i had a banana for breakfast, chicken and veg for lunch and again a salad this time with no meat I didn't want any. I also went tesco's to get some coke zero and usually a hangover day involves takeaways but I genuinely don't want to eat crap anymore, this diet has taught me so much!

I am sure you look completely diff to 7 weeks ago and must be nice getting several sizes smaller than you were, must be a great feeling. I am trying to read your diary now its taking me forever you have a lot of input on yours from others its brilliant xx
 
I did but many have trailed off x I have pictures on my diary and u will see I don't look any different x

My mum said that to me too but I know what she means lol she meant my chin and across my collar bone area :) she's right tho coz I can see more bone! And double chin is disappearing lol! Xx

Yer I must admit I saw my collar bones today for like first time in a year lol! Gotta be a bonus for us both eh! Hope you are feeling better, u did the right thing.. Italian too much temptation xxx

Before cwp and pics taken last week, def got some toning to do round my hips and belly! Ive got big hips so I'll never be tiny x

Day 19: back to strict SS today I was feeling really rough and hungover yesterday so definitely wasn't in the right frame of mind. I ate very little yesterday and on ss+ guidelines however I did have a kitkat! I really enjoyed it and if it affects my scales this week so be it.... Thats nothing in comparison to how I used to eat.

I plan on having a shake this morning, spicy tomato soup and then a bar. I wonder if its ok to have a bar without being in ketosis? I feel that havin a bar might make it a little easier for the next few days when getting back into ketosis which shouldnt take long because I had no carbs but I did have sugar.

Also my best friend wants to go out drinking this fri weve not been out since march but I really need to weigh up whats more important right now... A night out or attempting to get to goal for my hol. Its def my goal I want but at same time I need to make effort with my mate.

Maybe I should suggest dinner (get salad) then drinks n town after but I will drive and say I am on anti biotics or something?
