OMG Girls this tasted so amazing. I just posted the recipe of my "courgette" pasta bolognese (Spicy spag pack) in the Recipe thread...it was sooo yummi! You should try it!
That does look lovely. I have heard of people using thick strips of courgette and making lasagne with a cheesy pasta pack over the top. A little bit too much faffing for me but I may well try yours.
