My journey to slim and happy...

Haha you haven't seen it, isn't that posh! A photocopier, the school server on a desk and two child sized tables with chairs so you can't actually get your leg under the table! haha I never actually use it as it's just not comfortable, especially as it always feels about 40 degrees in there even now.
 
Hey sweetie, have been reading your diary all morning (yes all 20 pages! Crazy how it mounts up!!). It's good to see you've taken control again. Are you still gymming? Day two of restart and am hungry!! Have held off shake number one so far but will be indulging soon!! Really fancy a walk but fear I'll be blown away!! Xx

You poor thing! Reading my entire diary! How are you still awake after that is beyond me?! lol

I'm not training at the moment because I've injured my foot quite badly a few months ago. It's still not back to normal and my doctor advised me up take it easy for a while.
I will get back to it once I'm properly in ketosis as I find it easier and less straining then. I won't go as hard as I did before though. Just toning and weights for now.
Just on lunch now. I had spicy spaghetti and half a truffa bar and now I'm sipping on a coffee. Feeling slightly hungry but I'm ok otherwise.

Can't believe day two has nearly finished already! Mental! I'm using MFP to log my stuff but yesterday and today I went over on calories but under on carbs.
I looked back at my previous recorded meals and found that when I do 4 packs I stay within cals but am borderline or go over on carbs. Then when I do 3 plus a protein meal I go over on the calories but stay low on carbs.
I obviously never found a happy balance before either! Lol!!

Day 2 in the bag for me too. It hasn't been too bad. I was busy at work so I didn't have time to think about food.
Slight headache but nothing too major.
Expecting to hit the wall tomorrow.
Oh well... Will cope with that too.

Started with exante last jan but kept playing around with it after the first couple of months... Then in aug started low carb then increased carbs and done 5:2 till I smashed my goal earlier this month. Now trying to find the balance between gaining and losing... :/ first weigh in on sat since before Xmas indulgences ... Eeeek yep I no longer own scales! Haha xxx
 
Yeah. I'm the same. Been starting and stopping quite a few times over the past year or so.

Well I guess it's true what they say..

You've only failed when you stopped trying.

Soooo

Day 3. Feeling ok. I woke up a little hungry but that's to be expected. Just on my lunch break. Had a lovely mushroom pasta with zero noodles and half a orange choc bar. Yum.

I look forward to a day off tomorrow and some quality time with mum and dad. They're leaving on Friday so I want to make every second spent with them count.

How's everyone? Hope you had a great night my loveliest.

As for me. I was in bed by 10 pm lol.

I take medication for my injury and it makes me very tired and drowsy sometimes so as much as I wanted to I could not keep my eyes open for a second longer.
Not really fussed. I was tired as I was working yesterday plus I wasn't really in the mood to celebrate anyway.


So. Day 4 today. Feeling good. I'm trying to keep myself busy so having a very productive day clearing my wardrobes, cupboards etc with my mum.

Just sat down to have my lunch and now chilling with a cup of tea.
