:booboo: I have checked my weight today and I have had no movement. I haven't had much time atm to write my food diary so I will be trying to keep this up.
I think my main problem is I have snuck back my diet coke obsession. I will stop this and see if it makes a difference
Todays food has been
B One egg and a slither of mayo (not feeling too well)
L One babybel burger and salad (didn't manage all of it as still unwell)
D Will be Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with garlic spinach and sugar snap peas (If I can manage it)

I made a delish dinner last night and not a scrap leftover for lunch (I had guests over) So I will be making it again today. It was spicy cottage pie with cauliflower cheese topping... Umm Cant wait to eat it again lol

D More spicy pie with spinach
W I haven't tried hard enough lately so I am supping up constantly today and will down 4 ltrs as it is very hot and I could prob do with it
