I blew my entire year's allowance this weekend and am looking at almost a half stone gain for it.
But I don't care.
I enjoyed myself and now I'm straight back on it.
Staying at my 26 losing points rather than upping to 29 maintaining points as I need to get back down to goal and lower.

Feeling a bit yuck !! No appetite really!! After over eating a little yesterday ( good food not rubbish) I thought if pull my horns in today!!
Got up and made pot home made veg soup
Full cauliflower
Full broccoli
4 carrots
Large Spanish onion
3 clove garlic
One chick stock cube
One beef stock cube
One full kettle of boiling wAter
150g cooked potato
Cook all , whizz , add pinch salt and voala!!! 5pp in whole pot!! So not even 1pp in a bowl
Breakfast:

Snack:

Rich tea x 1 - 1pp
Lunch:
Banana chopped
Red , green grapes
Strawberries
Two spoons of Alpro Soya Chocolate yogurt 1pp

Big crusty bread roll, not the shop stand ones .. These were like finger rolls home made kinda !! ( amazing) I'm giving it 6pp

Here to follow! That lunch looks yummy!! Love the idea of dipping the fruit in like a choccie sauce and the alpro desserts are my fave thing i still eat now im eating meat and dairy again.
