while were on the subject of beef, I bouggt farmfoods sirlion steaks and even though they were tasty the 'feel' texture in my mouth just didnt seem the same as my normal butchers bought steak Im not buying it again xxx

I'm sort of more plodding along rather than trotting at the moment - I've not been dukan bad but I've not been precisely PP/PV. Nothing major, I'll be back to regularly scheduled programming very soon
