I think red days are better for not having to use loads of super free. Also remember even tinned veg can be used. Just do what you can afford. Try to plan your meals roughly for the week ahead that way you won't go off plan.
Don't worry about what weight you are now. Just aim for that number you want. Little goals to reach at a time. ! X
