My Mad Fat Diary

feel free to have a nosey at mine..although i really only post about my food for the day lol.
i don't have scales in the house...i'd never be off them and it would consume me again trying to chase the numbers....which i do a bit, but i just have 1 official WI and anything i might peek at before....is unofficial...even when i like what it might say (should i go to tesco for a sneaky peek hehe) x

Il def find your diary and subscribe i know i shouldnt weight myself so often especially with eating disorder ill always have need to get my act together its just so hard now haha sneaky peek made me laugh xx

it is hard....we all want to lose 5 stone in a day AND eat goodies pmsl....
the link to my diary is on my signature...i have one week out of 4 where i usually have a gain and even though i'm on plan all the time, and i see the pattern...it still bugs me...especially as there's people who blow it every weekend but yet still have loses! grrrr lol.

most of the time, i have the gain then get it off and more the following week so it's obviously what my body wants to do but come on..i wouldn't mind even a wee loss that week then less again the next rather than 3 on one week and 4.5 off the next....
aww well..it is what it is and not much we can do i guess ;) x

Took girls this morning dropped them off at ten. And only just stopped running about lol

Youve certainly had a busy day you will have to relax now youve got the house to yourself have a nice bath and watch telly or read a book. Not been upto much today im worrying myself for hospital appointment monday now so going to have a drink tonight. Just looked and ive had 33 syns this week so might for this week just do it so i dont go over the 105 for the week

thanks! i can notice it when i put clothes on that are waaaay too big...and when i'm buying smaller sizes....but still hating the cameras and don't really see it in pictures??? crazy gal lol x

lol...we BETTER have lost weight after half an hr....in fact, when we knock back this or that cos "we're being good"...we want to instantly have dropped a dress size just for saying no lol.

my gain, funnily enough, isn't always when i'm due my period...it's usually 2 weeks before....but when i realised there was a pattern, it kinda made it a bit easier if you get what i mean?
i never have any expectations when i go to get weighed...but that 4th week...i kinda expect the gain....bloody bodies! hehe x
 
Good luck for Monday. I can say don't worry but your bound too what ever I say.
If you look at my food diary I haven't had any super foods today wasn't that hungry at all this evening. So will need to get some in me tomo.
How's your food been? Hope you kept off those evil scales :D

Our bodies can definately be strange things think i need to stop having any expectations think after losing so much in first week ive ended up with high expectations of hopefully 3 pound a week but what will be will be so need to chill :)

I just want it over and done with but hopefully it wont be long till it is done with. You will definately make up for that though because normally you have lots my diary wasnt brilliant yesterday i better do it now fell asleep again lol

I think sometimes we get so busy we don't always get time to prepare food and enjoy it. My diary was the same yesterday only super free I had was fruit.
We are cooking together tonight so having steak. Brussels. Brocelli peas and sweetcorn so plenty to make u. For yesterday.

After this i totally went down hill and will have totally gone over my syns for week :(im very disappointed with myself and at first i wasnt going to write excatly what ive had because i was ashamed for failing but im only human ive been letting myself get worried which hasnt helped ive still got two cans of lager left and i made my first scan bran cake which i saved for tommorow so thats already tommorow over but id rather them be gone sunday have a good day monday which will be easier as i am at the hospital and then a fresh start tuesday as i cant change it now ill just have to be stronger next week and stay on plan ill have to make sure i dont have expectations when i get weighed on tuesday now though so in the end yesterday i had

2 bags of beef hoops and crosses
2 curly wurlys
3 cans of lager

Ive made my first scan bran cake i used curly wurly i think next time i mighty try and make it with just hot chocolate sachet as i know i will have already gone over my syns this week im just going to carry on this week knowing this and be extra good next week.
 
Did you enjoy the lager or did you feel bad for having it ?

You can have a day off Leah don't beat yourself up about it. Its done you drank it. Its another day.:)
