Oh no :( Sorry to hear you had a bad day. One evening going a bit crazy with food won't do too much harm tho, honest :) Hope tomorrow is a less crappy day for you.xx

I've decided to move my weigh in to a Friday instead of Saturday because we usually have takeaway etc on fridays sooooo weigh in today says......+2lbs!!!!!! I'm thinking it must be food weight from last night :(
I'm going out for a meal tonight so will choose wisely and use my weeklies

I've been thinking about trying calorie counting for a week or 2 to see if that suits me.....I'm trying to find something that will help me long term and as much as I love ww I feel the weeklies give me a reason to binge and I want to get away from that.
With cc I can just have my 1200-1400 cals a day and earn more by exercising.....not sure if I should keep this diary going or start a new one in the cc section.? X

You're right....I've only been doing ww for 2 weeks.. think cause I've had a bad weekend food wise I'm looking for something else! I shall stick to it though.

So so tired! My 2 yr old decided to wake up at a horribly early time this morning.....gonna be a long day.

It's half term here so I'm prob not gonna be able to update my diary till Monday.....

I did write a lovely long message but my phone crashed!! Arrgghhh.

Anyhow it was along the lines of....I can't stay away till Monday and weigh in today showed I'd STS which is a freaking miracle considering the things I've eaten but as of today I'm back on plan...gonna try spread my weeklies over the week instead of having them in one go as I need to get out of the binge cycle!
Also decided to add fish back into my diet as I do like it and for some reason it doesn't bother me as much as eating meat.

My son loves tuna mayo with pepper....I had to steal some lol.
How long have you been vege for? I've been attempting it for years but only now have I actually succeeded...well except the fish.

The kids going back to school means I can get some Christmas shopping done lol... I love love love Christmas! X
 
I stopped eating red meat when I was about 12 (whenever BSE was a big issue) - I think - so 18 years? But I still ate birdies and fishies. It lessened over the years and I ended up only eating chicken when I ate out and fish was very very occasional. But 2 years ago I decided to go proper veggie :) I will admit I have had a little turkey over Christmas and I probably will again this year, as long as we get an ethically sourced one. I have no real reason for being veggie. I love animals and I work with them, but I don't really have issues with people eating meat - just wished they were more aware of where it comes from. I don't even really know how I feel about me eating meat lol. I dunno if I could ever go back to eating red meat, but I think I may occasionally try a bit of chicken or fish. When I go to Sweden next year I've requested veggie food, but I am determined to try some stuff. Very interested in trying reindeer :) BUT I may freak out, so I need the back-up of veggie food lol. Don't want to be stuck in -30oC with no food!! ;)

Wow, that was such a ramble.... Sorry! Tuna pasta salad was one of my favourite meals. Could eat bowls of the stuff :D

Nothing wrong with ww but I'm getting really fed up with weighing everything I eat... And its made me a bit too controlled over how many calories I'm eating which in the long term is no good for me.

And cheekychinchilla....I blame you and your crispy potatoes!! Lol.
