My New Diary - green days

I went to group this evening and it was really good. The group leader was really nice and very encouraging. I weighed in at 11st1lb ... felt like crying :(

I'm going to be trying Extra Easy this week and see how I get on.

Well done for going :) That's so close to where I was when I joined group 4 weeks ago (11 st 0.5lb.) We can do this!

I'm glad your consultant is nice, I think that really helps.
 
I feel really determined today. I need to do something about this, otherwise my weight will just keep creeping up and up. I need to stop thinking it's so hard, and be positive. As my consultant said, just do the plan, follow it 100% and you WILL lose weight. It's not even a hard plan to follow, I've just got so used to my old pattern of eating. I will do this !!!
 
Wednesday 23rd October - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (HeB), 1 banana (superfree), 100ml of Alpro almond milk (1 syn)

Lunch - Butternut squash soup (homemade, Slimming World recipe), 2 dark rye Ryvita (3 syns), green grapes (superfree)

Snack - Bachelors Cupa Pasta (tomato and herb)

Dinner - Veggie stir fry, noodles, soy sauce, fry light

Snack - 1 Babybel (HeA), 2 Freddos (10 syns)

Syns - 14

How is your week going? Food was looking good for Wednesday, a lot of stuff I like to eat :)
