well girls it is weigh in tomorrow for me. Not sure if I will have lost, just as long as I dont put on. I think I had 2 curly wurlys yesterday lol. today I have had half tin of veg soup, a ham sarnie, a pkt pickled onion space raiders, a curly wurly (lol) and some rhubarb. Last night I did about a 3 mile run walk but after about 20 mins my sciatica started playing up so I couldnt run anymore and just walked. my but cheeks are killing today lol. I am in the middle of making a wedding cake so am too busy at the moment to track my calories like I was doing. Shanny if weight watchers is not working for you alone, I think doing alternate ww with judd could be the answer too. what is the cd stuff like? is it like slimfast? I had that years ago and it was vile lol.
