well the little 26yr old flirt came in the shop today which was a good thing because i was starting to think perhaps i should just back out of it seen as he hasn't confirmed the friday date or whatever you guys call it! he came in all sun kissed yum yum and asked if we was still on for friday so said yes (while thinking err hell yeah) and out he breezed again leaving behind his delishious (cant spell) smell of some afershave that made me go all wobbly (whoop whoop)
thinking about going out on friday is making me a bit paranoid and nervous but im excited too lol! does make me wanna puke tho, me and dating is just not right!! trust me i am like a big awkward goon!lol x

anyways i have invented something lush and i wanted to share i had steak for tea tonight with mushrooms and onions and tomatoes (pv obviously) i wanted a sauce to go with my steak cos i am a fussy cow! so i made one from quark whipped up with a dollop of mustard it was frikkin lush!! no seriously it was! quarstard the new dukan friendly steak sauce xx yum yum!

I use quark for the base of a lot of things. Steak yum yum.

just read your diary as doing a catch up and you sound like i was 12 years ago when i split with my ex.... I defo did a lot of trying before i bought I had a lot of fun with guys much younger than i was... damn i miss those days but it was exhausting LOL

Last time i was down at my friends we got rather plastered out pubbing and i ahem had a bit of flirty fun with a guy 20 years younger he thought i was 27 LOL oh how i wished i was single haha

sitting here eating my gallette and drinking my morning cuppa off to work in a bit 10 ' o clock but what a bonus i am finished by 1 ' o clock today so i am taking my boys to the outdoor swimming pool i love the fact i have losyt weight as before i would have dreaded wearing a swimming cossie now im looking forward to it. being able to get into the pool with the boys what a reward instead of sitting on the sidelines wearing a big stupid t shirt. i hated that!
the weather is again beautiful so gonna top up my tan too. i catch the sun really quick so am looking lovely and golden! oh i love the sun xxx
hmm wonder what i'll have for lunch pp day today so something filling me thinks xx chat soon guys xx

well it was lovely! not as hot today but hot enough!! i have only just come in from the garden!! i have eaten packet ham today something i try to avoid doing but was a bit peckish while we was out! it fitted the dukan requirements but i still dont like to do it!
well i dont think i have burnt lol thank god imagine that lobster alert lol!
i do love spending time with the bots and now you have mentioned that you miss those days sid i am going to start making a photo book for our days out as of today nso i need to invest in a camera and ink for the printer as i really want to have lots of memories to look back on (you know happy ones) i would love to have another child always wanted a girl but thats not going to happen now (too old) but i am determind to make the boys childhood extra special, days out even just to the beach or swimming but lots of them, my favorite will be the fun fair love them think if the weather holds out going to fklambards a theme park (albeit a small one) so should be good fun!

omg my mum is a sabetour (spelling i kno) she just gave me a sweet said it was sugar free si i popped it into my mouth thankfully i thought it tasted sweet spat it out before i swallowed then checked the packet it wasn't sugar free ... lol lesson learnt never trust anyone when trying to loose weight not even your nearest and dearest!! GRRR
