Nope not really - I attempted the couch to 5k but in all honesty probably went out maybe 5/6 times . I do like to go for walks when its nice, but again, nothing much unless walking round the high street shops counts!! lol
Well if ever I needed motivation, you just gave it to me. I need to lose 4st and I'd love to do it in 7 months so now I can see that it can be done, I'm excited to start my journey, thank you x
I found that red days worked really well for me. I didn't exersice either so it was a case of completely changing my way of eating - its worked great as now I don't really "think" about what to have it just comes.
