The yogurts can be consumed all day long… from an early breakfast “wake up” to being a dessert after dinner in the evening.
Very rich and creamy in texture, with a layer of fruit at the bottom, they contain only 3.3% fat….. Try the different interesting flavours!!

This is AMAZING and well within the rules, I have this for breakfast with chopped fruit and sprinkled with Museli !
