I'm disappointed I haven't had a great week however our journeys aren't all about food, it's also our behaviour.

I may have not successfully followed SW 100% but I also remained in control.

I could have easily gone 'fekk it, I'm off plan let's take advantage' which leads to coming off plan completely.

As Dori says...keep on swimming, keep on swimming
 
Feeling saintly even if I did have chips lol

With the weather being so miserable, we went out for dinner. We ended up in TGI which I always panic with but had a Chicken breast (no bun) on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I did have the chips but not all of them. I didn't have any starter or desert. TGI doesn't feel as scary anymore lol

Thank you :) I've come to the conclusion I'm always going to be going out, sometimes it will be SW friendly other times not. I just have to do my best in the situation I am and don't let a non SW friendly meal be the cause of undoing my hard work :)
 
Morning all :)

What a tough weekend, but least I got through it, even if it wasn't 100% SW.

One thing I have learnt is that I HATE being off plan. I know I made some right/good choices however somethings like the chocolate and Krispy Kremes could have been avoided.

But it's Monday, start back and ready for the week ahead! I always save my Syns from Monday but Weigh in on Tuesday.

I'll update my menu shortly

B) 2 x Clementines and Banana

L) Vegetable Pasta with side salad

D) Spaghetti Bolognaise

S) 2 x Alpen Light Bar (HEB)

Feeling a little daft, had a peak at the scales and it's showing a sts. I know logically that I should be okay with this after the week I had its a good result; however it's left me with a panicky feeling.... I'm worried that the plan had stopped working!

I know I can't judge as this weekend has been off plan but im so desperate to make the plan work!

I love being on SW, I'm finally on top of my eating and getting results. I just want it to continue to work for me :( xx
 
It will work for you sweet,how much have you lost so far?? Concentrate on that and then right or type up a plan for this week you will feel more confident with it then x x

I've done 4.4lbs in 4 weeks which I am pleased as it's the most I've lost in ages.

I have gone back through this week's diary and have calculated all the syns I've had and really if I get a STS that should be blooming good

I've just added everything and I had a total of 222 syns this week lol
 
Flippin eck that's a lot of syns and a STS would be fab!!
 
See and now your super charged to smash this week :) I sts three weeks ago for the same and I thought oh well that's shook me up and I had a successful next week - but it is good because you can see how this way of eating will have your back in the future no matter what life throws at you x x
 
I sts is definitely good and especially after them syns - to me that says that the plan is working for your body and when life throws these weeks at ya your body won't immediately gain because it's used to a good way of eating!

Keep on going, your doing fab x
