It flippin is hard, I sometimes find it easier to have non than a little.
 
Morning all, I am one tired mummy :( my youngest has got a bad cough and had me up 4 times. Both of us are shattered so looks like my izzy is staying home today.

Feeling all run down

I am also really disliking hubby working nights! It's making it really hard to do dinners as I'm cooking a meal for my girls about 5.30 and then I'm looking to make a meal for us before hubby Dan leaves at 10pm. It's really hard as I don't want to be cooking at 8pm

Just glad I have green days that SW chips are there for me lol
 
Hope she will be ok, I'm sure she will be with her mummy looking after her x

I think if Dan has to be on nights for the forthcoming weeks. It's going to be slow cooker meals all the way lol

I've got a Spanish chicken cooking in the slow cooker so that it can be dished up later x
 
Dinner is out of the window. Lol added the chorizo and it turned out too salty! I've eaten the chicken lol but left the sauce. I've added another tin tomatoes hoping to dilute it and then try to salvage the sauce for a pasta :(

Looks like it's bacon and eggs sandwich for dinner

Yay it's Friday, good morning ladies

Well hubby is going to his first work Christmas do this evening. As he is out for the evening I'm going to have a movie night after school with our girls. I'll do yummy Eggs, SW chips and baked beans

Looking ahead to the weekend, i've got the in law's over which is handy for me as I'm doing lunch and I've told Hubby we're having a grill up for dinner

Sunday we will be at my parents which will be an unplanned meal but that's okay

I'm so focused to lose weight this week! I really want to lose 1lb this week

Feeling really bloated! It's like I've gained all the weight I've lost back on my tummy :( I can only put it down to the bread I've eaten and I have 2 diet cokes so don't know if that's had an impact.

Just want to cry because I was feeling so much better
