Although I had a great day, it has been hectic with family over and the Christmas Bazaar

Here's my food for the day

SAT 6/12 - GREEN

Breakfast - Nothing

Lunch - Bacon & Egg Roll (HEB x 2) with Tomato Ketchup (1)

Dinner - SW Chips with BBQ sauce (2)

Snacks - White Fondant Fancy (5)
Hot Chocolate (3)
Tea (1)

Total 12/15
Remaining = 3
Carry over = - 3.5

We had a lovely time, kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves :)

We're doing Christmas Decorations tomorrow so that will be fun x
 
We are too - mini tree lol
 
We have a huge tree - Hubby finally convinced me last year :eek: We have to move all the furniture lol

We have a small gold one our apartment just doesn't look good with much bigger hehe - I help parents with theirs it's huge and has fake snow which gets every where lol
 
Well I've been naughty :eek: and had some bread pudding. Not sure of the syns.

It was small and I did enjoy it

I know I've taken myself over the syns but I'm simply going to draw a line under today.

I'm still planning on repaying the syns 'over draft' which is now back to 6.5. I'm going down to 10 syns a day and just pull myself back in line x

Today has been so busy that I've really not been good, however its in not eating.

We have been doing the Christmas decorations all day (living room, hallway, kitchen, porch and now outside.

We then popped out to get some lights and my little family ate out, I simply had a cup of tea. It was a burger king and I had no intention of coming completely off plan.

Here's my day

Breakfast - Nothing

Lunch - Nothing

Dinner - 2 x Dry Fried Egg rolls [HEB] and tomato sauce (3)

Snacks - Hubby Bread pudding (4)
1 x Lindt Choc Ball (4)
25g Pringles (6.5)
Tea (1)

Total = 18/15
Carry Over = - 9

I'm not worrying about my snacks as I've barely eaten.

I'm going to wrote off the debt of syns and get back to normality xxx

Morning everyone, starting to feel Christmasy ⛄

I've got a Christmasy week ahead. I've got the book club today at work, Christmas Carol service at work Tuesday and Wednesday is my eldest Christmas Show, then this Saturday I've got a 'Christmas Ball' to go to.

Eating wise I'm working on staying on plan each day. I know I won't be counting Saturday as I'll be enjoying the wine ;)

Weigh in tomorrow which I'm hoping will give me a loss. I was planning to be 11st 0.2lbs however with my little gain I had a set back. I'm now happy with a loss regardless
 
Feeling very tired today and really can't be bothered to work lol

I however calculated all the syns of my favourite Christmas goodies so I know the totals before I eat them such as 4 choc celebrations are 9 syns. Gives me a clearer view of how much I can have with syns xx

Plus I've emailed it to my home address so it's now downloaded and saved on my phone lol
 
That's very good precautions Hun well done. I'm making slimming world mince pies and forrero rochers (excuse spelling lol)
 
It's worth doing I'm planning Xmas day been to get prawns for starter sauce is separate so can be controlled by the eater lol tried to get lobster only managed crab so will need to pop to the coast to grab some.

Think we have it in some kind if order now lol

I said to my friend the thing is when it comes to the chocs or crisps I typically have 1 or 2 at time but might go to the tin 5 times over the course of the day. You don't realise the total until the very end because you're only taking a couple at a time. This way I know what the big totals are before I set off lol
