Hey everyone 4lbs for me this week bringing my running total to...

5st 2lbs
an irish setter and a rack of baby ribs

in 11 weeks! whoooohoooo!! hope i can get it to 5 1/2 by my refeed next monday!! 5lbs in 4 days... ambitious! haha! xx
