Awww thanks daisy it's nice to know my dizzy ramblings have helped you a little, trust me adapting is difficult after loss so I can understand why you had trouble in 08 but believe me if you stick with the exercise and concentrating on your choices food wise it's so worth it to look and feel great. I think in a way I'm lucky because I'm so competitive I can't stand to be beaten at anything ...hence all the sport haha! Which makes a massive difference...(means I can have cheesecake! Hehe!)
The way I look at it I will always have food issues... I could inhale Ben and Jerry's! But I have to balance that out if I want to wear a pretty dress. So exercise it is and when I can make a good decision re food which is possible all the time if you make it so.... Do I have cake or do I have low fat mousse... They both end up the same when they are in your mouth! Haha so go with the mousse! That's my theory anyway haha!

Xxxx

Haha i can see you're defo very competitive, it's a great way to be! I can be sooo laid back with life in general that i let some things fall by the wayside, with the exception of my little girl Im big into baby nutrition, all her meals are healthy and made from scratch, so it's a bit ridiculous that Im sat there on my high horse at my weight-id cripple the poor horse! I just started back swimming two months ago and we do races and stuff which I really push myself in and despite being the biggest there, in water i feel at one Haha! Your diary really touched a cord with me because of this and you seem to really love it too and push yourself very hard, which is brilliant!! Defo taking a leaf out of your book! Would love to get into jogging too but would be afraid someone would see me and call and ambulance!
You and Deezer are great inspiration!

Swimming is a great place to start exercise wise Hun, so just make sure you push yourself to do a bit more each time etc and bud on it soon enough you will see a great difference. (I've got 300 lengths to do at 4pm cant say I'm relishing the thought! Haha)

And with the jogging as soon as you start you will wonder what you were worried about ... If you do the c25k programme that both me and see did it eases you into it really nicely. Don't worry about anyone seeing you it really doesn't matter what anyone thinks after a second you are gone! (Think phoebe from friends haha) when you are up and running doing 5k you will be so proud of yourself you won't give a flying fig who sees you! Xxx

Peachy...I still can't get back to running just yet and it's annoying me so much lol very strange for me to not like not being able to do exercise. I've turned into a healthy type person.

I am however biking a lot to make up for it :) and doing boxing with OH ;) it's great fun but wears me out totally x x x

Hi!

Aww thanks hun, I'm glad it's helped a little it's nice to know that my diary is helping people like how others helped me in the beginning xx

Your diary is defo helping others peach! I always had this stupid idea that it's probably better not the do exercise while on a TFR (?! I know!) because you'd have to up it to maintain weight loss! You and Deezers diaries have seriously changed my way of thinking and Im honestly really enjoying getting stuck into exercise and challenging myself, and if i have to up it when finished-so what! I enjoy it and want it to be part of o life. So thank you, from the bottom of my ever improving heart, for taking the time to write such a motivating and honest diary! :)

I just don't like thinking I've been beaten! Lol

Also I have a hen do in manchester on Saturday so I want a new dress for that.. If I hit 10st I'm having one! Nothing like a bit of encouragement in the form of retail! Xxx

Aww that's brill hun, I know deezer was a big inspiration when I started last year and she still is now that girl is awesome her diary and pics are ace!!!
if you take anything from either of our diaries it's got to be keep posting when you are having a wobbly moment, exercise and just don't give up! You are worth every minute of hard work, and in the grand scheme of things ... A few months of hard work is nothing compared to when you get to goal and you have a lifetime of being healthy and feeling great in front of you! Xxx
