Total syns= 12
Ok well, this is what happened. we were invited round to a friends house for tea, and I told her that I was doing SW, so she asked me if I could eat shepherds pie, and I told her as long as there was no butter in the mash, or cheese on the top. So, thats exactly what I got when we arrived, but there was the garlic bread and I was weak and had a slice. But I made sure I had only the one slice. Whereas before I would have eaten half the baguette myself. And for dessert (which I wouldnt normally eat) there were the little mini things from Iceland, and once again I was weak. But I had only one of each and I went into her kitchen and took the boxes out of the bin, wrote down all the nutritional info and synned them correctly when I got home, so those syns are accurate. I am guessing 5 syns for one slice of garlic bread however. It was just a regular baguette with one slice taken from it.
I know I am weak and should have resisted the 2 little mini bites, but Im still within my syns for the day, even though I feel very disappointed with myself.... why do I beat myself up like this. :-(

Hi Debs

I did pop in on your food diary and check on it for you, for some reason I forgot to actually post though lol. Think I was having one of those days!

Both Saturday and Sunday look great.

There is nothing at all wrong with your food plans for the week, if you don't have a good weigh in then maybe you're one of the people Extra Easy doesn't work for.

When you have got to goal weight, and you will, I can see you being able to maintain very well as you can just use EE basis for every day.

Fingers crossed for your weigh in for you, you are overdue a good result :)

Good day Debby.

Good luck for your WI tomorrow, I have my fingers and toe's crossed for you my love. X

thanks guys.... you are both great, I would be lost without you both honestly.
I am praying that there is a loss tomorrow night.... even one pound, just to keep me motivated. There have been so many temptations in my way this week and I have been strong and not given in and havent gone over my syns.... I know I should have a loss tomorrow night but for some reason I have a REALLY bad feeling about it.....
Next week, i will try either red or green.
have had to tweak my diary for today by the way, can you recheck it for me.? thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
MWAH. xxxxxxxx

Debs

Where you feel weakness, I see only strength!!

You had ONE SLICE of garlic bread, just one!! You could have had more, you certainly would have wanted to have more, but you had just one. That is a massive show of strength, not weakness.

Then when the little puds came out (and I have eaten PACKS of them in the past!!), again you had ONE. AND you made sure you could syn them afterward too. That's not just strength, but focus and devotion too.

Debs you really need to see things for the positives which they are, instead of beating yourself up.

You are planning every day very well, sticking to it, doing what exercise you can, and when faced with possible tripping hazard you are dancing all over them and coming out the other side smelling of roses.

You should be proud of yourself, your mind is already that of a healthy and fit person - you just need to wait for your body to catch on!! lol

SW is gonna be with you for a long time, but it doesn't prevent you from going anywhere or even really eating anything. It teaches you what kind of foods are good and what are bad, and what you need to limit yourself with. The old you would have had the entire baguette and all teh desserts, the new you had a healthy portion of each and you really need to see the difference in yourself as it is astounding. Be proud of yourself, because we are :)

And if the WI Gods aren't good to you tomorrow I'm gonna personally kill them on your behalf haha

You tweaked your day well Debby, brilliant.

I shall be thinking about you tomorrow - I'm sure you will lose this week. X

awe thank you both. I dont feel so bad now. Would just be nice to be able to totally resist things like that. Maybe some day.
Fingers crossed for tonight.

How do you know that?!?

I've been waiting with baited breath for the result and still haven't heard lol

I am doing EE and Green this week Debby just for a change, I feel the need for more carbs as I have been getting hungry, so rather than be tempted off the plan (I normally eat mainly red & EE) I am eating a more carb's diet this week.

I think you will do OK with it, you have got the hang of the SW diet now so you have the confidence to move with the different plans - good luck for this week. X

Hi Debs, sorry I haven't been about much, been sooooooo busy!!

I've not even done my own diary for almost a week now which is unheard of lol.

Needless to say, I have been checking your menus for you each day and if there was anything amiss I would have mailed you or something. Problem is, you are too damn good at this now lol. Maybe you should put an intentional mistake one a day just to test us out make sure we're paying attention haha

I am away the weekend and not sure if I can get online (OMG I hope so haha) so I will leave you in Donnie's capable hands.

Keep up your good work :)
