My re-start Diary.....

Extra Easy day today...

Breakfast:-
2x Nimble(heb)
2 eggs
(eggy bread)
tinned potatoes fried in Fry Light

Lunch:-
1 packet of asda pasta in sauce (1 syn)
made with water instead of milk

Dinner:-
will update when I have worked it out, will include pasta and cabbage and ham. lol

Extras:-
1 tub of greek 0% fat yoghurt, mixed with 1 sachet of Options(2 syns) and splenda
snack a jacks (5.5 syns)

Total syns today= 8.5
This was a really crap EE day, hardly any SF foods or anything... thank God there is a food shop tomorrow....

Green Day today....
Breakfast:-

small tin of spaghetti

Lunch:-
Beef savoury rice
2 x Asda meat free burgers(1 syn)

Dinner:-
Lasagne.(half today and half tomorrow)
Asda Meat free mince(free)
onion, mushrooms, passatta etc
1 packet Asda instant cheese sauce(10 syns)made with water and 56g parmesan(half for todays hea, and half for tomorrow)
total for this meal= 5 syns+1 hea

Extras:-
2 x alpen lite(heb), bananas, grapes, snack a jacks(5.5 syns)

Total syns today= 11.5

I have a bad feeling about it. But then, I have a bad feeling every week dont I. If I get one pound I will be happy... honestly
 
Well, I was right to have a bad feeling wasnt I. I gained 1.5 pounds. :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
Out of 64 people in that group last night, i was the only one with a gain. (I had to help with the WI so thats how I know). Everyone else had losses of 3, 4 and 5 and a half pounds, and I was the ONLY one who stuck to it all week. So, I am today going to follow what everyone else does and here is my menu for today......
Breakfast..... four slices of toast with real butter dripping off it...
Lunch..........fish and chips followed by an ice cream
Dinner.... large pizza with everything on it, followed by chocolate cake and 5 gin and tonics....
Supper..... Indian take away with naan bread....
seems to be the way to lose weight... who needs food optimising...

not really... but I just feel like giving up, honestly... NOONE had better come near me today with ANY sort of yummy things....I am going to try a week of extra easy with low to middle syns each day... and see what the scales say next week.
Todays real menu....

Quaker Oats so Simple(heb) and milk(hea), banana(SF), grapes(SF), clementines(SF)

Lunch:-
lean gammon and egg(SF) and tinned potatoes all fried in Fry Light, mushrooms(SF), banana(SF), grapes(SF), clementines(SF)

Dinner:-
roast chicken(skin removed), SW roast potatoes, broccoli(SF), carrots(SF)

Extras:-
snack a jacks (5.5 syns), 2 scan bran (1 with breakfast heb, and 1/2 syn for other), 28g Philly Light (2 syns)

Total syns today...... 8

Your day looks good - just one little thing, Banana's are SF food but I find if I have more than one a day I don't lose, they can be a bit heavy, but that is just me, everyone is different, otherwise your day looks good. X

1 scrambled egg, mushrooms.
1 teaspoon Flora Extra Lite (0.5 syn)

Lunch:-
couscous, with lean chicken breast, cucumber(sf), beetroot(sf), spring onions(sf), tomatoes(sf)

Dinner:-
lean steak, peas, onions(sf), mushrooms(sf),
beansprouts(sf)

Extras:-
250ml semi skimmed milk(hea),
sachet of Options(2 syns),
packet of snack a jack(5.5 syns)

total syns today= 8
 
Thursday - extra easy day

Breakfast:-
lean bacon, mushrooms(sf), spring onion(sf) and tomato(sf) and 2 eggs(sf) made into omelette and served with tinned spaghetti.

Lunch:-
1 57g wholemeal roll(heb), served with
2 Asda meat free burgers(1 syn) and
2 slices Kerry Low Low cheese(hea), lettuce(sf), tomato(sf), spring onion(sf), beetroot(sf), and 1 tablespoon extra light mayonnaise(0.5 syns)

Dinner:-
1 Asda meat free chicken style fillet(3.5 syns), 2 potatoes mashed, mashed swede(sf), and carrots(sf), 1 tsp Flora Extra Light spread(0.5 syns)

Extras:-
banana, grapes, clementines, mullerlight, pepsi max, water, fat free super noodles

Total syns today= 5.5

Pasta n Sauce (1 syn), with added lean chicken breast and selection of veg(sf), clementines(sf)

Dinner:-
Chilli Con Carne (extra lean mince, onion(sf), peppers(sf), garlic(sf), kidney beans(sf), pasatta(sf)) served with brown rice

Extras:-
2 scan bran (one taken from breakfast heb, so 0.5 syns for the other), 28g Philadelphia Light(2 syns), tomatoes(sf) and spring onions(sf), packet of snack a jacks(5.5 syns)
Total syns today= 9
