Well, I was right to have a bad feeling wasnt I. I gained 1.5 pounds. :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
Out of 64 people in that group last night, i was the only one with a gain. (I had to help with the WI so thats how I know). Everyone else had losses of 3, 4 and 5 and a half pounds, and I was the ONLY one who stuck to it all week. So, I am today going to follow what everyone else does and here is my menu for today......
Breakfast..... four slices of toast with real butter dripping off it...
Lunch..........fish and chips followed by an ice cream
Dinner.... large pizza with everything on it, followed by chocolate cake and 5 gin and tonics....
Supper..... Indian take away with naan bread....
seems to be the way to lose weight... who needs food optimising...

not really... but I just feel like giving up, honestly... NOONE had better come near me today with ANY sort of yummy things....I am going to try a week of extra easy with low to middle syns each day... and see what the scales say next week.

Breakfast:-
Quaker Oats so Simple(heb) and milk(hea), banana(SF), grapes(SF), clementines(SF)
Lunch:-
lean gammon and egg(SF) and tinned potatoes all fried in Fry Light, mushrooms(SF), banana(SF), grapes(SF), clementines(SF)
Dinner:-
roast chicken(skin removed), SW roast potatoes, broccoli(SF), carrots(SF)
Extras:-
snack a jacks (5.5 syns), 2 scan bran (1 with breakfast heb, and 1/2 syn for other), 28g Philly Light (2 syns)
