Is this right, Jackie? I eat a bowl of superspeed fruits for breakfast having been told to have the fruit early in the day as it will boost weightloss. Would I be best sticking to cereal?
I was always told its better to have something like ie weetabix, porridge, with fruit to give your metabolism a boost ? So I tend to have both.... not 100% sure but I do find it works
