Thank god!

My first weigh in yesterday revealed I lost 9 and a 1/2 pounds - excellent for the motivations gals i can tell ya!!

I feel very proud of myself and am now raring to go - although the TOTM has arrived so i figure that may be a hindrance after a couple of days - oh well - Onward and downward in size!
