my sw pg damage limitation food diary!!!

day 15

day 15 - green
my mw seems to think there would be no probs in me following sw, even if i do have gestational diabetes .. so here i go again .. lol

breakfast: 2 small slices brown toast (heb) 2tsp flora (2 syns) 2 tsp marmalade (2syns) 2 cups tea with skim milk from allowance
midmorning: 2 baby bel cheese (hea)
lunch : 400g tin heinz ravioli (2.5 syns) 2 small slices brown bread (heb) 2 tsp flora (2 syns)
midafternoon: 2 weetabix (6syns) skim milk from allowance
dinner : med jacket potato with 2 tsp flora (2 syns) low fat cottage cheese and salad
muller light yogurt and banana

treats : 1 x mr kipling french fancy (5.5 syns) 1 lollypop (1.5 syns)

total syns : 23.5 hmm not brilliant, will try harder tomorrow !

note to self : must remember to buy v.low. spread keep wasting my syns on flora, also i really didnt need that french fancy .. dont even like them that much, will try and eat piece fruit instead next time need a sweet fix!

breakfast : 2 weetabix (1 heb) with skim milk and cup of tea (1 hea) +1 small banana
midmorning snack : cucumber sandwich on brown (1heb) + 2 tsp flora (2syns)
lunch: 2 egg mushroom omelet + baked beans + muller light yogurt, cup of tea with skim milk
midafternoon snack: 2 low fat baby bel cheeses (1hea) + few cherry tomatos
dinner : med portion chicken chow mein (7 syns) + plain boiled rice + 1 baked banana with golden syrup (2syns) cup of tea with skim milk
treats : 1 mr kipling french fancy (5.5 syns)
1 med hot chocolate (7 syns)
1 chewy lollypop (1.5 syns)

total syns : 25 syns

note to self : ok, so went over my syns .. but i resisted lots of party food + cake at my daughters pamper party and also chose wisely when ordering chinese takeaway - so could have been much much worse .. have decided NOT to make today a flexi syn day and just try and even out my syn allowance over the next couple of days ..

breakfast : 1 bacon, mushrooms and scrambled egg made with fry lite
2 small slices brown toast (1 heb) with flora and marmalade (4 syns)
2 cups of tea with skim milk
midmorning snack : 2 baby bel light (1 hea) 1 small slice brown bread (2 syns) with flora (1 syn)
lunch : tuna salad - lettuce, cu, tomato, red pepper, 1 boiled egg, 1 tbs coleslaw (2 syns),
few grapes, 2 small plums
dinner: salad, 2 quorn sausages (1 syn) small jacket pot ( heb) muller light yogurt + small banana
treats : 1 x french fancy (5.5 syns)
pkt hoola hoops (5 syns)

total syns : 20.5 .. not brilliant, but slightly better than last couple of days !

small banana and apple
midmorning: 3 baby bel light (1 hea) + sticks of celery
lunch: jacket potato, 2 tsp flora (2 syns)+ low fat cottage cheese with green side salad, 2 small plums
midafternoon: 2 weetabix (1 heb) with skim milk from allowance (part hea) + 1 muller light yog
dinner: small portion sw chips + 2 eggs fried in fry light
small banana + 0% fat free greek yogurt
cup of tea with splash of skim milk

treats: 1 x french fancy (5.5 syns), 1 x 150g ambrosia chocolate custard (8.5)

binged my way through the whole of the night shift, worrying that hadnt felt baby move for ages .. probably couldnt move in there with all the contents of my stomach! anyhows, baby now moving and i have decided to join sw "for real" on thurs, as im obvioulsy not able to do it by myself

today was a right off, as what i didnt eat is nobodies business .. sandwiches, crisps, soup, cake, bisuits, sweets .. the list goes on, embarassed icon!

midmorning: 2 med plums, 2 baby bel light cheeses (hxa)
lunch: 410g tin tescos spaghetti bolognese (6.5 syns) . small baked banana, 0% fat free greek yogurt + drizzle maple syrup (1.5 syns)

another bad day, cant even bring myself to post what ive actually eaten on here!

lunch: noodles and veg stir fry with 4 tbsp chinese stir fry sauce (2 syns)
few strawberries + 0% fat greek yogurt
midafternoon : 2 weetabix (6 syns) + skim milk from allowance (part hxa)
a small banana, apple
