I'm very sore but Im ok I'm having my first meal today tomato soup, mac and cheese, peas, and rice pudding. Should be good to go home tomorrow

So glad you are ok. Hope the hospital food isn't too dreadful. Drink lots to flush the anaesthetic away, peppermint tea helps. Sleep well and I hope you are back on form soon. I'm 3.5 down this week. Slowly but surely! Hungry today though. Take care. X

My ring is in a safe place as it is unwearable I've bought a substitute till I'm done losing weight. Thanks still got a bit to go

Hi HM, how are you feeling? Are you back on track or taking some time out to recover. Hope you're feeling better. You haven't far to goal, America is going to be amazing. You'll have to take an empty suitcase to stock up on clothes there. Much cheaper than here.

I'm feeling alright managed to only take pain medication once today so must be getting better. I'm back on track as of today. I've put in 10lbs since October 11th. It may be water and such. In a couple weeks ill be back at the gym and working my butt off to lose 44lbs

Got an appointment in a week will ask then I am hoping after next week I can at least take my son swimming he really needs to get out of the house. So I'll at least be getting my member ship soon so I can take the boy swimming and such.

No I did back in May and I got these for then but they were like no where neat a real size 18 so I only now fit in them properly. Though they are a bit loose. Glad I can keep you going
