Thanks Hev...problem is if I have too many of those off plan days it takes me days to get back on plan properly. Yesterday was a good day though, so let's see how the rest of the week goes as I'm going away tomorrow night until Sunday night (off to London to OH's family). Already have 2 dinner invites for Friday and Saturday night, so will be interesting.
Some good news on the blood test, so my glucose is fine (which they told me the other day) and looks like they couldn't detect any HepB in my blood too (but the secretary said he needed to look at the other values to make sure they were okay). Not sure what other test I'm waiting for, but it's to do with PCOS (which again I'm not convinced that I have that, although the doctor suspects that I do). So I'm much happier today as I was totally stressed out that I might have the HepB.
Aiming for 100% day today:
Breakfast- clementine followed by 42g All Bran (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA)
Lunch- Going to try to make a mini spanish tortilla with eggs, boiled potatoes, onions, salt/pepper and have it with some garden peas
Snack- Shapes Yogurt and 2 pears
Dinner- Quorn Sausages with Low Fat Super Noodles and Stir Fry Veg
Snack- 2 Alpen Light (HEB) with Green Lemon Tea, fruit salad
Not having any syns today...need to save them up for the weekend!
Water: 2.0 litres - got close to this amount yesterday
Exercise: Out shopping for a bag today
