Fresh start today and going off to Zumba in a few mins....
Zumba was amazing...she said if we put in all our effort we could easily lose 800 calories, so I'm hoping I've lost that and it definately feels like it. Unfortunately though the instructor is going off to Ethiopia for 6 weeks (for charity), so let's hope the one who may cover her is just as good. She has another class tomorrow night, so let's see if I can make it...would be great for my body magic this week.
Keep chanting the Calypso song over and over...think I'm going crazy.

wowee - 800 cals for an hour, think i need to get myself to Zumba! it looks fun.

wish i could get to zumba!! i cant-a combination of not being able to drive,hubbys shifts and childcare and being so damn skint.

I drink looooads of water and I think a lot of it is getting into the routine of it. You can get used to drinking half a litre a day but you can also get used to drinking 3 litres a day.
I can't wait until I'm in the 10 stone range . It's been at least 10 years (and I'm only 27!). That's amazing work and such a great achievement, well done
