well ive just managed a cheese toastie after picking up a bug and been up all night with upset stomach and sickness so that is the first thing TOUCH WOOD that ive managed to keep down even drinking some pop made me gag. i still went to weigh in and lost 1.5lb and i reckon that was from last night lol.anyway gonna have an early night and hopefully ill feel better tomorrow
 
oh no - hope its just a 24hr thing & nothing more -n get some rest - hope you feel better tmoz x
