My weightloss diary :)

Breakfast mango banana peach
Lunch jacket pot filled with bolognaise sauce salad
Dinner chilli con carne with rice and salad
H ex a milk
H ex b none
Syns galaxy 15

Going to set off for a nice long walk in a little while

dont forget to break that galaxy up and re wrap it :) and if you want it to last even longer so you get a really long chocolately hit pop it in the freezer for a couple of hours
harder to bite means you have to let it melt in the mouth and due to cold takes longer so the little bit of chocolate you can have lasts so much longer

looks like you have it well planned for today - well done

I know I had the same problem as you last time round as mentally I thought I could play catch up
do your days daily or sit and plan for the week ahead (might help)
I used to write meals on index cards and keep them in syn order
so a set for breakfasts
a set for lunches and one for dinners
I also kept my food diaries (true ones) and kept them in syn order so if I struggled I could pull out a menu week that I KNEW I had lost well on
at the top of the diary I used to write the number of syns on it and the amount of lbs I lost that week and keep them in lbs lost order
most likely not much help but trying to think of things that worked for me
the best was when my consultant at the time told me to use my syns weekly but start them on a MONDAY NOT my weigh in day
so I allowed 105 per week saving what I could mon- frid then had the extra saved ones over the weekend - she said long term it would not matter when my syns start to the week was as over the months as long as I was true to myself it would work but not to cheat :):)
 
Hey the galaxy is a big bar according to app is one syn per square so I broke off 15 is sitting in the freezer waiting till tonight :)
I've tried to save syns but doesn't work our for me I overindulge :( x
 
dont forget to only get out one third at a time - you never know frozen it might just be enough for you and if it is what a break through that would be
I am lucky (well with a positive look on things) as I dont feel too good on the antibiotics sicky and bad head so I dont feel like having nibbley treat foods and a raging headache on and off - so I am hoping this will help with the start of the plan :) will let you know as weigh in for me is tomorrow
 
Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow here's to lots of lbs off for you :) yesterday I walked 6 and bit miles so I ate my chocolate and went straight to bed. This afternoon I feel like sweet so I had nice cold grapes and coffee. :) I'm trying hard x
 
oh have you tried frozen grapes - they are like having boiled sweets just make sure they are seedless though :)
 
Ugh not feeling chipper this morning Imi and I can't go for our walk cause the weather man predicted crazy rain for today so may pop on exercise vid when baby is having morning nap and then a 20 min round trip walk to asda

how was your weather
we had horrendous heavy rain and thunder and lightening so certainly not walking weather here :)

yes it was like that hear started raining at 8.10 (I know this as I was out waiting for friend to pick me up :) )
and it stopped at 9.30 for us to nip into class by the time we came out it was pouring down with some thunder and lightening thrown if for good measure

and then it didnt stop till some point in the afternoon - after 4 sometime
but the sky is lovely and blue now
 
I'm gagging for extra chocolate but I'm going to eat grapes and banana!!!! I'm trying soooo hard to resist I think maybe star week maybe on its way soon :( x
 
for a real chocolately hit I used to have green and blacks orgainc 70%
you guessed it each square wrapped in foil and frozen and I think it was one syn a square
but very intense
but you could get some hifibars and that might help

Normally I have my chocolate and then hifi for h ex b but I ran out and don't like alpens too much :) I'll stock up today at group x

another lovely treat I have remembered is to take a banana peel it
slit it lenghways and pour in a melted amount of synned chocolate
(I then cut the banana in half across it)
wrap it in foil and freeze
then when ready for dessert I used to add 0% greek yog and save one half (so halving the syns) it was like having banana icecream with chocolate lovely

I bought the hifi lights yesterday rocky road and the caramel ones tried the rocky roads yesterday and they would be really nice crumbled into yog as a dessert

not tried the caramel ones yet might have one for a treat tonight as I have several syns to use :)
