dont forget to break that galaxy up and re wrap it
and if you want it to last even longer so you get a really long chocolately hit pop it in the freezer for a couple of hours
harder to bite means you have to let it melt in the mouth and due to cold takes longer so the little bit of chocolate you can have lasts so much longer

I know I had the same problem as you last time round as mentally I thought I could play catch up
do your days daily or sit and plan for the week ahead (might help)
I used to write meals on index cards and keep them in syn order
so a set for breakfasts
a set for lunches and one for dinners
I also kept my food diaries (true ones) and kept them in syn order so if I struggled I could pull out a menu week that I KNEW I had lost well on
at the top of the diary I used to write the number of syns on it and the amount of lbs I lost that week and keep them in lbs lost order
most likely not much help but trying to think of things that worked for me
the best was when my consultant at the time told me to use my syns weekly but start them on a MONDAY NOT my weigh in day
so I allowed 105 per week saving what I could mon- frid then had the extra saved ones over the weekend - she said long term it would not matter when my syns start to the week was as over the months as long as I was true to myself it would work but not to cheat
