Anyhoo,
Have painted ceiling and coving and one coat of paint!! My arms well hurt! I have also done the cutting in.
I need to finish the painting tomorrow night as only thurs night left aaarrgghh and I have border to do and new wardrobes to assemble

I haven't been following the plan since our BBQ. And am now on hols with the kids. This last week we have been eating out loads. But now i need to get back on track , which means planning my main meals for the week, writing my diary daily and weighing in next Sunday with the Sunday weighers. I haven't weighed for a while, and to be honest I don't really want to - I might do it after being back on track for a couple of weeks!! But I feel a bit like cold turkey at the moment - probably due to the fact that I have been constantly snacking and over-binging on junk!!!

So with the support of mini mins - let's start again - as I need to hit my target for Xmas !!

TUESDAY 30th AUGUST

I forgot that when starting SW , there are umpteen toilet stops, including night time!!
I was 100% yesterday and today resisted a teacake, a Jaffa cake and a girlie night with takeaway curry!! How saintly am I ?

So here goes - an EE day

Tea
4 Pork & Apple Joes Sausages, Mash Potato (some home grown - mashed with a little salt and an egg), carrots, homegrown runner beans, rich red onion gravy (loadsa onions)

Grapes

1 can Pepsi max

1/2 melon
5 Thorntons Moments = 10 syns

Well with much trepidation and after chatting to Kieragh decided to have a sneaky weigh in. 6lbs on in 2 weeks. Not too bad I guess?? I am out of the 10s though so will stop posting on that thread til I am back again. And I will tiptoe back in to the Sunday weigh in thread (hopefully noone will notice my absenteeism !!)

Today I went out all day rushing around with the kids and eat in Old Orleans late at 3pm for lunch - I think it was a free lunch?

I shall be keeping an eye on you! I have had am excellent food day but I am now off to a pub buffet party and I am hopeless at those, just graze all night!!!

Well I've had a lovely day today! Weather hot - 3 loads of washing done!
Then off with friends to go Strawberry picking. It was lovely & a new experience!! Then to a nearby pub for lunch and the kids played in the pub garden where there was a bouncy castle etc.

I was good and had a jacket potato , beans & cheese (there was hardly any cheese at all!! ) and salad (no butter)

FRIDAY 2nd SEPTEMBER
