I had wondered where you had got to. I couldn't remember whether you had been on Sunday weighers thread and I was just being dim and not remembering or whether you hadn't been there. I think I would have come looking for you fairly soon so it's just as well that you are coming back !!!

Well off to my DHs work do today - I planned and ate before going. Resisted the burgers etc. But couldn't resist a 99 as I haven't had one in years - and then bought some sick and mix , and haven't been good this evening - I need a good slap!! Back on tomorrow though!

WI - saw a mahoosive 7lb gain since my last weigh in which was in August !! Fed up really as looking at my stats I was this weight back in March - so that's 4 months worth of good undone in the space of a month - what an eejit!!

Hey Kwise - good to see you hun! It's tough when the kids are on hols isn't it. I've had my birthday and 10 days away over the summer and decided not to worry about the diet during that time and it is pretty easy to slip back to old ways. However, I knew that I'd be back on it with a vengeance come September and I've set myself a new challenge for Christmas. Sounds as though you have the same idea! Good luck, we can do it!!

Thanks BeeGee - it is hard - I decided to have a break whilst on hold - but it only goes to show the damage that can be done . My Xmas target is to hit 10st 7lb.
First I need to get back to my healthy BMI of 10st 10lb. I can definitely do it!! Then I must get to goal for my 40th next year !!

I have comfort eat many a time - but all it has achieved has been making me feel rough and fat! Not so great - show you can do it !
