Hi Laura,

Just discovered your diary, your doing amazing. I notice a pattern so far, week 3 you had a StS and week 3 I also had a STS. To be honest I was disappointed so went for a 38 min power walk . Friday afternoon I took 1/2 day leave and my Son. Took me to local pub where I had a few Gin & Slim line tonics. Sat took Grandson to beach and had ice cream with flake and on the evening shared a bottle of wine with my husband. Fit back on track today and managed a 40 min power walk. Dreading WI on Tuesday in case I've undone the work I've done so far. First 3 weeks did not use weeklies and this week used quite a lot so I will have to wait and see. Looking forward to keeping up with your progress x x

Hi! - thanks for reading my diary. I don't know why you want to lose weight - you look lovely, but good luck with your journey.
I think if I used all of my weeklies then I'm less likely to lose weight. Apart from my week where i STS, the most weeklies I've used it 14 so I think if I keep doing that, I hopefully should be fine :)
 
Thanks Laura for the compliment but I am over a stone heavier than this time last year and only 5ft 3in so any extra really shows. Wishing you well for next week x x

2 whole eggs (4pp), 20g WW cheese (1pp), 150g cooked basmati rice (6pp), Broccoli, Mushrooms (0pp), 3tbsp light salad cream (2pp), Light soy sauce (0pp), 1 toffee crisp (6pp)
Total: 19pp

Monday 13th August
Week 6, Day 2

60g Cornflakes (6pp), 284ml semi-skimmed milk for day (4pp), Activia fat free yogurt (2pp)

Lunch:
2 slices white bread (5pp), Tomato & onion tuna (2pp), WW caramel cake bar (2pp), Diet pepsi (0pp), Banana (0pp)
Total: 9pp

Snacks:
1 bag quavers (2pp)
Total: 2pp

Dinner:
Chili salmon (6pp), Mccain micro chips (4pp), Broccoli, Mushrooms (0pp) Light soy sauce (0pp) 1 WW angel slice (2pp)

Hi Laura,

Update - lost 1lb at weigh in and now 9st 13lb. Also I have discovered a new app for I phone called basket buddies that gives all deals for supermarkets. It's worth taking a look at as there are some good offers on our low fat foods x
