Just discovered your diary, your doing amazing. I notice a pattern so far, week 3 you had a StS and week 3 I also had a STS. To be honest I was disappointed so went for a 38 min power walk . Friday afternoon I took 1/2 day leave and my Son. Took me to local pub where I had a few Gin & Slim line tonics. Sat took Grandson to beach and had ice cream with flake and on the evening shared a bottle of wine with my husband. Fit back on track today and managed a 40 min power walk. Dreading WI on Tuesday in case I've undone the work I've done so far. First 3 weeks did not use weeklies and this week used quite a lot so I will have to wait and see. Looking forward to keeping up with your progress x x

Update - lost 1lb at weigh in and now 9st 13lb. Also I have discovered a new app for I phone called basket buddies that gives all deals for supermarkets. It's worth taking a look at as there are some good offers on our low fat foods x
