ProPoints My WW Food Journey :)

Cheers girlies. Think I will wash them. Just one more question .. Last one I promise lol. Im cooking a gammon joint for dinner for me and the OH. Any idea how I would point it. Obv only have a few slices and I'll cut the fat off x

Week 6, Day 5


Breakfast:
2 slices white bread (5pp), 3 tsp low fat spread (2pp), 2 tsp marmite (1pp), 142ml semi-skimmed milk for day (2pp)
Total: 10pp

Lunch:
2 WW pitta bread (5pp), 60g WW cheese (3pp), 3tbsp bbq sauce (1pp), 1/2 chicken breast (2pp), Onion, Mushrooms (0pp) - probz not the best lunch, after having toast for breakdast, but didn't have anything in until I went shopping.
Total: 11pp

Snacks:
2 satsumas, 1 Banana, 1 Apple, Handful of blueberries (0pp)
Total: 0pp

Dinner:
Gammon (6pp), Mccain micro chips (4pp), Brocolli, Carrots, Pineapple (0pp), 3 tbsp light salad cream (2pp) WW caramel choc bar (2pp)
Total: 14pp

Haven't used many of my weeklies so far this week either, and seeing as it's my first day off work, I'm gonna treat myself to half a bottle of wine :) (9pp)

35/35 dailies used
38/49 weeklies left
 
Looks delicious :) I'd point that gammon at 4-5pp tbh, it isn't a very large portion especially with the fat cut off ;)

Cheers Jaly, all knowing - as ever! I love it. I'm gonna keep it pointed at 6, cause I'm gonna have some wine anyway - but I've taken that off my weeklies. x

Ok, so my mum just took me and my OH the pub for lunch, and it was 2 courses for 4.95 ... So that said I ended up having a veggie burger with chips and a chocolate fudge cake.
Obviously, I haven't made a great choice there, and I know I'm completely over points now plus A LOT more. So, I've decided I can either dwell on it and beat myself up, or I can say ok, I've made a mistake and I'm just gonna have to write today off now :s oh well.
I'm not gonna expect a great loss for my WI now, so this week I'm hoping to just STS and not put any weight on. That's what happened last time I had a slip up in the pub, so hopefully will be the same this time.
But, hey life isn't about depriving yourself and not ever going out just so you can be skinny. Normally I would be feeling so guilty now and really beating myself up, but I feel really positive and I know I can get back on track 100% tomorrow. And in the long run, it's not going to ruin my weight loss journey.
Gosh, sorry for the long rant, I'll be quiet now lol. X
 
Aw, could've been worse, 2 courses for 4.95 is a great deal! xx No point regretting it, ruins the yumminess of the food :) Just live and accept! It could've been a LOT worse - especially at a pub!

Will keep my fingers crossed for you but I doubt you ate an excess of 3500cals so I highly doubt if it is a gain, it's a 'real' lb on! Well done for having such a positive mentality, that's fantastic, you can do it, we believe in you! You've come so far and you will get back on track tomorrow - one meal isn't going to make or break your diet, it's a long-term thing! ;) I'm so proud of you for not beating yourself up about it, you're a lovely, lovely person and dieting on top of the stress of everyday life isn't easy - you deserve to smile and have a treat now and again! ;D

Feel free to rant all you like, it's your diary and we're all here for you x

Having a really bad night, and I've done the worse thing in the world and eaten my feelings :( I've completely ruined my diet for this week. :(:(:(

Just my stupid boyfriend. He's been at a football tournament all day, and he rang me at 4 to say they were on their way back and he would ring when he was close to home. And I know for a fact he's gone the pub now, and he's switched his phone off. I know it sounds really trivial but he's done this too me before, and he will be out all night now. And I kponly know he's at the pub cause I rang one of this friends. Otherwise, he's just ****ed me off for the night and not notherd to tell me where he is. And when he's had too much to drink he's not a very nice person. I'm just really really angry, and I don't know what to do.
Sorry for the rant, u must think I'm mental. X
