NOTHING!! - had a bit of a bust up with my OH ( my fault - which makes a change lol) but I was a bit upset so I ended up going to bed and not having anything to eat. I know I shouldn't have but I just lost my appetite, so I've undereaten by 19 points today
I just hope it won't affect my WI too much.
