Week 5, Day 2


Breakfast:
2 slices of white bread (5pp), 3 tsp low fat marg (2pp) 2 tsp marmite (1pp) 142ml semi-skimmed milk for day (2pp)

Lunch:
3 sesame crispbread (3pp) 1 tin tuna in brine (3pp) 2tbsp light salad cream (2pp) Cucumber, red onion (0pp) WW choc caramel cake bar (2pp) Diet pepsi (0pp)
Total: 10pp

Snacks: NONE

Dinner:
WW Spag Bol (8pp), Mccain micro chips (4pp), 40g WW cheese (2pp), 1 WW angel slice (2pp)
Total: 16pp

Just realised I haven't had any fruit on this day - definately have some tomorrow!

Tonight's dinner. Home made pizza and micro chips :) yum yum
 
Omg. It was gorgeous. I don't think I'll ever buy a pizza again. I really enjoyed making it, and enjoyedneating it even more. Had to give one slice to my OH tho cause I'm stuffed. Well, got room for just a bit of pudding tho :) lol x
 
Yer I just used ww pitta. They work really really well and they're just the right size I think x
 
Tuesday 7th August
Week 5, Day 3

Home made pizzas (10pp - using - 2 ww pitta bread (5pp), 60g ww cheese (3pp), 2 tbsp tomato puree (1pp), 3 slices of ham (1pp), mushrooms, tomato (0pp)), McCain micro chips (4pp), 2tbsp light salad cream (2pp), ww chocolate brownie pudding (4pp)

I know. I feel better when I include fruit in my day. Not physically, just mentally. I feel healthier when I've had fruit. Does that make me sound like a fruit? Haha x

Lol nah not a fruit,I'm the same,like to know I've had fruit and it does make you feel better for having it :0)
