glad your okay and I know I've literally not stopped today, just done my 30 mins and it's killed me ha ha!! I'm zonked!! I'll get a pic of the bike in a min for you xox oh and I've just realised its weigh in tomorrow although I'm not expecting a loss as I think my bumps had a growth spurt xox

yea exactly and as suspected I have sts but I'm happy with that :0) at least it's not a gain and as I said bump is growing rather rapidly atm.

It does stand up on end also it Is quite tall, I'll prob keep it up most of the time anyway to remind me to go on it ha ha ;-) x

Just don't do what someone did on a diet program I watched once, they used it as a very expensive clothes airer! Well Done in your STS Sweetie I'm currently in Ashford, have 4 hours to kill while my car is being serviced! X When's Bike time ;-) x

lol I will definitely not be using it as a clothes horse lol although i have known ppl who buy them and thats exactly what happens. what you doing WIth your spare time hun? and bike time is not till 7.30 when my monkey is in bed else she tries to join in ha ha xox

Poppy does that when I do my Leslie on you tube lol! I've had a mooch round the shops and a couple of diet cokes, nothing too exciting!!! X

aww it's cute that they want to join in with us bless them. pretty much sounds similar to my day, did you buy anything whilst moochin? I don't tend to drink it unless I'm out, although I drink other diet fizzy at home, just that it's not caffeine based lol! I bought a Toilettries Bag for tomorrow and a couple of little bits for Poppy Was just more a case of killing 4 hours lol! X

morning, today is going to be an extremely emotional day as its my little Kara's last day of nursery :0( she absolutely loves the teachers and I know she will miss it, and I can't believe my little girl is growing up, I'm going to have to try my best to hold back the tears I think xox

yea it was lovely she gave her teacher some flowerers and chocolate, and it made me shed a tear lol!! mummys little babies growing up.
