Neighbour just told me that 4 hrs ago she noticed I have a flat tyre. Why did she not tell me when she saw it while it was light.
Can`t do anything now as Flynn asleep and not his best.

Oh that's not very helpful is it?!! Why on earth didn't she pop round and tell you then, when you could have got it fixed. Hope you can get it sorted in the morning, Doreen and that you and Flynn both have a good night. xx
ps. I may not get another chance so wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year and I'll look forward to catching up, in 2015. Thanks for putting up with my inane rambling this year, its been fun getting to know you and others in here xx

Ooops, I relaxed a bit today ;-) but only in between being good, does that count lol.
I'm trying to do a quick trip round diaries this evening, as doubt I'm going to get much chance after this, as by mid morning tomorrow, chaos, otherwise known as my crazy family and a couple of friends, will descend on us for the holiday season and there will be a succession until after New Year.
So, have a fantastic Christmas with your family too and thanks for being there and all your advice and support this year, its VERY much appreciated. Love and hugs xx

By the weigh another very kind neighbour has put my temporary tyre on tonight to enable me to get to the tyre shop who have told me they are open 8.30 in the morning. Thank goodness for that as I am going to Haverhill Christmas morning.
Food for today - strange food as it usually is when the kids are here. They have gone home this evening - we had a good day except Flynn was not too well by the evening.
B: Banana
L: Small tin ravioli (1.1/2 syns).
D: boiled spuds 2 slices corned beef (2syns) 20g red leicester cheese. (4syns)
yogurt bananas
7.1/2 syns/ Will be weighing in around 9.30 in the morning.
Bed now as very tired.

Same here. I find myself going off track sometimes only to come on here and get back on it. Even when i do fall off i always feel better after a chat on here

well I did it last week purely so it was my skint week but then thought about it this week and thought I would do same thing as its kept me on track
Good idea - perhaps that should be on everyone's New Year resolutions list!! xx
