Hee Hee about our shared diary - it helps cos we keep an eye on one another. Thanks - MiL is very poorly now - Phil and his sister are going to ask for a meeting with her consultant 2moro to get a full explanation of her many problems. x
 
Oh no - just eaten lots of rubbish - so mad with myself - will draw the line and restart in the morning x
 
Thanks for your wise & practical reply Mary - altho I called it rubbish cos I was so mad & disappointed with myself after an on plan day - last night's binge actually consisted of various types of nuts, skyr, 2 ice lollies, cheese, 2 meringues, a crumpet with peanut butter and a few spoonfuls of p butter, several satsumas - so not all strictly rubbish but it was a binge :classic_frown: and if I'd have had lots of rubbish available I'd certainly eaten it!!y

You're right - I need to conquer the bingeing - my elderly MiL's in hospital with a serious long term illness and has deteriorated significantly in the last few days and I was understandably upset last night but I need to learn that food doesn't help me or her! I need to kick this long term bad habit - I'm not as bad as I used to be but I need to sort it out pronto! Thanks again.

We all do it especially when we have something going on in our lives. It's over and done with now so today was a new day.Hope it's going well for you.:classic_smile:

Thanks - day's gone well so far - I set out to do an SP day but need to check if synning Quorn sausages is legal on SP? We're off to the cinema shortly - I will be good, I will be good, I will be good, I will be good etc etc :classic_eek:

Today's food:

Drinks: fruit teas; water; low cal drink choc 2 syns
Brunch: broccoli soup & half HEA cheese, speed fruit salad
D: grilled lean bacon, 2 quorn sausages 5 syns, huge salad, ff yogurt

Might have more fruit later
 
Went to see the 'Greatest Showman' last night - Poppy's choice & we'd not heard of it so weren't sure what to expect - it was entertaining - if you don't know it - it's a true story about the man who set up Barnum's circus. I resisted cinema goodies but had biscuits and nuts when I got home - so another dieting day down the pan :(

Today's started off well with a good sized fruit salad for brunch ;) Phil's made a Quorn spag bol in the slow cooker - cos newly vegan Poppy's here. Will try to have that with veg rather than pasta and finish the day on an SP day!!

Not looking forward to 2moro as Phil's going to ask to speak to a doctor about his Mum's prognosis. xx

Edit: Resisted the pasta then had a fruit salad, 2 party rings 3 syns, low cal drinking choc 2 syns, bit of milk part HEA and an Oreo biscuit 2.5 syns- so an on plan day plus 7.5 syns. Just noticed no HEA and only a part HEB.

Firstly Linda I will be thinking of you for tomorrow.

I know a couple of people who have seen The Greatest Showman. Seems the kids love it.

As you know, I am a binge eater. Again not as bad as I was as the gains not so big, however the losses are not big enough.

I live alone Mary but although it helps not having food for others , it is so hard when you standing near the rolls in the Co-op. :-\

Glad you had a good time with your friend.

Gonna put my food on the next post. I am fine by the way, just forgetful.

SP. If a product has syns anyway I believe you can syn them on SP

B. 1/2tin beans. 2 eggs. Diet drink
L. 3eggs scrambled and 1/2 of new for cheese. Mini jam tart 6syns.
plus 300g SW chips. 2 the Tom sauce. 2syns
D. 5% mince lots speed. Carrot swede onion.runners. Oxo. Baked beans. Boiled spuds

Later ham and beans and 2 Muller.

Saturday

B. Mushrooms 2 eggs 5g parmesan.
L. BNS carrot soup with lemon essence and cheese
(The 2 lots cheese make 1/2 hea the rest on milk.
D. Chicken thighs runner beans pro peas gravy grans 2 syns
2 Muller's.
6 pears during the day.
Quite a lot of diet drinks.

B. 3 eggs scrambled with mushrooms. Didn't get up till 10am so late brekkie
L. BNS carrot soup with lemon essence . Makes it taste so nice.

D. Will be 4 sausages 4 syns cabbage with onions boiled spud and gravy 2syns.

hea will be milk. Heb. May have scan bran cake later

1muller. 6 syns total

Yes the film was good - I was surprised before we saw it that it was certified as 'PG' but having seen it I understand why - although it wasn't raunchy ;)

Hee Hee about the Co-op - you're right there's so much to tempt us out there :O

Thanks for reminding me that we can include syns on SP - my addled brain didn't think of that when I was posting!
