My food for today.

Hea milk. Part Hea. 10g parmesan part Hea

Breakfast
Mushrooms, 3 eggs and Hea cheese scrambled

Lunch
Jelly 1 1/2 syns. 2 Muller

Dinner
2 chicken thighs, few SW chips and roasted pepper
2 Muller.

Just a coffee before bed. Weighing in the morning.

Not done much today except housework. DIL's mum should be here tonight but it will be tomorrow night now.

Oh yes. Went to the Doc's and he has put up my happy pills.
 
Friday food.

B. Coffee at class . Part Hea.

L. White roll 8 syns. Ham. Banana. Banana custard Muller.

D. 2 burgers 2 syns. 2 eggs, SW chips and little tomatoes.

Jelly pot 1/2 syn and mullerlight.


Couple of coffees down the café. Then picked up DIL's mum from the train station.

OMG we have snow tomorrow
 
Well done Doreen - that's a great loss this week :0clapper:especially good as you've been away and great to hit 4 stone! Glad your doc's upped your tablets and hope they work for you. Oh blimey - hope the snow's not too deep and doesn't hang around for long.

Here I am! Did I say we went to a hotel from Tues until this morning - while this bathroom's being done? It's not going to plan - we've had to keep coming back to the house as the fitters are not sticking to the plan & making lots of mistakes - then re-doing things - very disappointing - we might as well have stayed here but there's no water or central heating during the day and it's been flipping cold here today.

Food not SW but not awful until today - planning to get back on plan in the morning. On the plus side - I've kept up with the exercise - 30 mins walking x 5 times and yoga/weights twice a week as recommended by NHS but need to get a grip with my food.

@upndown sorry to hear about the bathroom fitters. We had that with a kitchen fitter back in January. I had to keep driving down to Devon to sort it out. 60 mile journey each way wasn't fun. Especially as I had to go to work so had to rush back each time.:(
It will be worth it in the end.:)
 
Thanks - yes it is a pain - we're not sure what to do - whether to pay them for what they've done so far and Phil will fix/finish it cos we can't see anyone wanting to correct/finish it - or let them finish it & keep a close eye on them. Phil's good at diy and done lots on the house but I wanted him to have a break from it all and get someone in :classic_roll_eyes::classic_err_what::classic_eek:
 
Not too much snow thank goodness, just had to clean it of the car.

Jan is at the hairdresser's so I am making soup. BNS and carrot of course.

Food for today?

B. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms ham and 10g parmesan cheese. 2 syns.

L. Grapes, 2 bananas.

D. Mince, onion. Few baked beans. Carrots, (no Tom puree, damn) Oxo cubes. Runner beans. potato and turnip mash. Little thickener maybe 2syns.

Jelly and yogurt. 1/2 syn

May be changes later. Half a portion of chippy chips. !!!!

B. Cottage cheese and pineapple 1.1/2syns. 2bananas

L. BNS/carrot soup. Options 2 syns

D. 4 sausages. 4 syns. Potatoes baked beans

Well it's just gone 9 pm of my umpteenth restart and all is well - feeling brighter today too. Hope all's well with you Doreen - missed you here today - and hello to anyone else who might be reading this!

We went to the flying club today but it was too windy to fly and to go for a walk - tough enough to open the car door to get to the cafe - so Phil's booked to go 2moro - I'm going so will miss my class - not too concerned as I know it'll be a gain but feel my willpower's coming back now (hope posting that's not jinxed me now!)

I need to plan this week's meals and snacks and only buy enough to cover that and a bit extra for Phil and Poppy of course :whistle: eaten much less today but food's a bit odd:

No b'fast cos I was bloated from yesterday's rubbish!
L: baked potato with salad and asked for a small portion of cheese part HEA? Wasn't tempted to eat the butter pats that came with it either! Apple
D: fruit salad, jelly - that's all I fancied!
Drinks: fruit teas, water, 1 coffee with splash milk part HEA, diet coke -
Won't bother with the HEB today.

So far so good but came home and amongst the post was a small box of fudge (6 pieces) sent with the first of my year's subscription of a Gardening magazine - my eldest son & his family's Mother's Day pressie! The good news is I didn't eat them all - I shared them with Phil - no willpower :( 3 pieces = 285 calories - so about 14 syns - not the best start syns but under 15 ;)

Did a Vanessa Feltz exercise video well 30+ minutes of it anyway - very old but still a good workout - well it is challenging for me anyway!

Off out shortly - must be careful with my food again today.

The more we look at the bathroom the more faults we're finding - we're not picky people - today Phil realised that the shower tray won't fit in the space the builders created so that's a big job for him now - to remove part of a wall and rebuild/plaster it :classic_mad:

B: 2 egg omelette with 29g cheese HEA will have speed fruit mid morning cos I'm too full now - not like me!
Snack: apple & satsuma
D: lamb, cabbage, carrots, broccoli and a bit of gravy ? syns - no idea! Apple & 1 square inch piece of flapjack again no idea of syns??
Fruit teas, water, 2 coffees 3 syns for the milk? Diet coke

SYNS: ?? No HEB

So that's day 2 of 'Operation Restart 1,576,832!! xx
