Well it's just gone 9 pm of my umpteenth restart and all is well - feeling brighter today too. Hope all's well with you Doreen - missed you here today - and hello to anyone else who might be reading this!
We went to the flying club today but it was too windy to fly and to go for a walk - tough enough to open the car door to get to the cafe - so Phil's booked to go 2moro - I'm going so will miss my class - not too concerned as I know it'll be a gain but feel my willpower's coming back now (hope posting that's not jinxed me now!)
I need to plan this week's meals and snacks and only buy enough to cover that and a bit extra for Phil and Poppy of course
eaten much less today but food's a bit odd:
No b'fast cos I was bloated from yesterday's rubbish!
L: baked potato with salad and asked for a small portion of cheese part HEA? Wasn't tempted to eat the butter pats that came with it either! Apple
D: fruit salad, jelly - that's all I fancied!
Drinks: fruit teas, water, 1 coffee with splash milk

Won't bother with the
HEB today.
So far so good but came home and amongst the post was a small box of fudge (6 pieces) sent with the first of my year's subscription of a Gardening magazine - my eldest son & his family's Mother's Day pressie! The good news is I didn't eat them all - I shared them with Phil - no willpower
3 pieces = 285 calories - so about 14 syns - not the best start syns but under 15
Did a Vanessa Feltz exercise video well 30+ minutes of it anyway - very old but still a good workout - well it is challenging for me anyway!
