Jelly and mullers 3 syns

Sunday 2nd June

L eggs, bacon toms, 3 peaches

D. Two pork chops, peppers, toms, BNS
Frozen berries. Fat free cottage cheese

3 bran Heb one triangle cheese

4 peaches
 
Monday 3rd June


B. Bacon, eggs, toms peach

L frozen berries and cottage cheese. Sweetener 1.1/2

D chicken thighs and spices, BNS peppers toms
 
Tuesday 4th June

My meals are getting very samey

B. Scan bran Heb and corned beef, 2 syns and baby tomatoes.

D. Chicken thighs in praprika and Piri Piri flakes mixed in water and left to marinade.
Served with BNS, onions and peppers and baby tomatoes.
Could say a chicken tray bake. May also have cauli for extra speed.

Didn't have breakfast until late do no lunch.
May have something later
 
Wednesday 5th June

B. Egg /omelette. Coffee. 2 pears

L. Pears

D. 2 slimming world beefburgers. BNS chips, onions, tomatoes,. 2 fried eggs. Parmesan cheese hea
 
I have come back to see if it will help.
I have had bad anxiety, well very bad and gained weight.
I had got to 4.1/2st loss now 3.1/2st loss.

Never mind but I am going to give Red and Green a try.
 
My Green Day. Day 1. 25/8

Breakfast. Egg, chips , coffee
Lunch. Few grapes. Coffee
Dinner. Didn't fancy the mince so had Scan bran (b) and two bananas and coffee

Coffee A for milk
Coffee out Marvel milk two TSP. 2syns.

B. Eggs scrambled with 10g parmesan A

L. Scan bran ( B ) with bananas spread on

D. 44g mince ( B ) carrot, onion, Oxo cube. Tom puree. Boiled spuds and cabbage.worcester sauce.

Frozen berries sprinkled with canderel. Topped with v.l fat cottage cheese. (Try it, it's lovely)

Dinner did not happen. I just had a couple of bananas and leftover cottage cheese.
Had tummy ache and was going to bed 2 hours ago. DIL phoned so am still up.
Off to bed now.
Going to see a musical theatre n London Wednesday evening ......goodnght

D. Pork chop HE Pasta. Tin Ratatouille 2syns. 20g parmesan cheese part HEA.

This will be about 3pm as going to see a musical Let It Be. Coach 4.30.

Will need to get something for when I come home.

Oh I hope you have a lovely evening.. Maybe prepare what you are going to eat when you get home before you leave so you don't be picking if you are starving?

I had two ice creams tubs on cinema. Was not hungry but had to have the second one as it was ginger.
9 syns for two. Not bad but not much ice cream either but worth every syn.

Going to see zJoseph next week. Must only have one.

Show was very good
