Even though ive only done 2 weeks, im thinking of taking a break until the new year....i have lots of meals etc coming up and i havent been feeling great lately, my heart just isnt in it today.....
Don't give up broo. Just keep plodding along and do Atkins all the days you are not gong out socialising. You will regret it if you don't follow some sort of plan.
Hi there - you are doing so well so you might want to keep going. I have found atkins really easy for meals out - only a few places that you have to avoid but i always treat myself to excellent meat and fish - usually feels like i get the best option. Only desserts tricky - which is why i know that a chocolate atkins brownie bar, broken on to plate in restaurant and covered in cream is fabulous
Morning Natalie... Better to keep to Atkins on the days you're not eating out - at least you can reduce some of the damage ... Whatever you decide I hope you have a great party season!
Thanks everyone! I blipped big style last night, had pizza and ice cream!! I feel quite bloated this morning...however, eating junk is now out of my system and im ready to continue with atkins. I just hope it wont set me back to far!

I'm glad you are back on the straight n narrow. It's so easy to falter yet so hard to pick ourselves up, then we beat ourselves up about it. The guilt is cruddy.
Errrm, morning...not so focused here...although i wish i was...due to financial situations im having to come off atkins for a couple of weeks, i cant afford seperate meals for me and the OH at the moment, in fact we cant afford much at the moment, is mostly convienience foods, im hoping this will change come end of november and that i will back on atkins in time to lose a stone before xmas!
Hi everyone! Im baaack! I have been struggling to get back into atkins... I tried a week or so ago and the carb withdrawel headaches were LEATHAL!! i was literally coming home from work and having to go to bed.....so i stopped...ate carbs, felt fat and bloated...and the cycle continues!
Anyway, i have decided to try again...ive done an Atkins friendly shop today, i start monday morning, i need to make sure i drink loooaaads, i think that may have been part of my problem...so anyway, im off to bed now, ready to start afresh in the morning! Wish me luck!
