Good luck on your journey. It only feels like yesterday that I started my journey. This forum is a great source of support, although I do go to group too. I have had time off plan(3 months last summer) but I have managed to get back on track. That's the great thing about slimming world, it's so easy to follow you never feel like its a 'diet' and I always enjoy getting back on track. Xx

Thank you. Well spotted. Yes, it's an ergo. It is the best baby item I have bought and I still use it daily with my 2 year old.
