Yeh, a good day lots of shopping and running around with errands etc. Forgot my lunch and popped into the shops to buy a protein bar and apple (lunch), then i ran out of time for the gym, thinking about my yoga DVD or just floor exercises? not sure. Then in the afternoon I ate another bar (133cals, so not that bad!), apple, 2 crackers with cheese and a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt. Dinner as planned.
You know I used to have a rule no food after 7 or 7.30 at night and tonight I am reinforcing it!
Water wasnt so good about 2.4 ltrs.....
Well done on the grapes, and your weight has fallen off pretty quickly I might add, perhaps another week or two. When you loose this last bit are you at your goal???
And i'm sure I've asked before how tall are you and what is you goal weight?
Me 5ft7 and aiming for firstly, 65 kilos about 10.23st (is this right?) Then hoping to loose another 2 kilos.
