I'm so dumb... what is FFF and FBI?
 
You aren't dumb Bren! They are teams for the SW weight loss challenges. Last month we decided to split into teams and see which team can lose the most weight in a month

my weight in tonight so see what the chocolate birthday cake has done

its my friends birthday in September and every year we do something stupid for it, on his :-

25th - 25 different Pubs & 25 diferent Drinks
26th - stayed up drinking for 26 Hours
27th - asked 27 people to give us 27 Tasks
28th - walked 28 miles & drank 28 cans
29th?????

so come on girls any ideas for a 29th birthday task, can be as stupid and far out as you like
 
lol, i think he will find that a little tame and also we live in Yorkshire...people dont buy other people drinks lol. but thank u, keep thinking
 
I can't believe you stayed up for 26hrs drinking????? Completely insane.

Today is great i've eaten extra but much better than yesterday. I was planning on just the protein bar but still alot of hunger this time in the afternoon before the gym. I think that this has something to do with yesterday's session as usually the day after I have increased hunger.

So extra involved, the bar 138cals, an apple, 2 kiwi, 4 crackers, some cheese 50g(mozzarella). I did 45 mins of cardio. Not bad I think!

if your hungry and eating the right foods then thats not bad at all young lady...my problem is im not hungry and still eat the wrong foods lol.

you shoudl get shares in that gym the amount of time you spend in it. keep up the great work :) x
 
It feels good to finally be getting my enthusiasm back for it. i put it down to not working full time as I found no time and made excuses not to go.

i'm really sore today as I started a new program yesterday and as weird as it sounds I like that feeling!

doesnt sound weird, i love exercise and feelign a little bit ache just proves you did a good work out, you need to change it every now and again to get other muscles working.

well done you.

im currently moving my giant mirror fronted wardrobes from my bedroom to the spare room, maybe not such a good idea on my own with hindsight but oh well, us girls tend to do silly things like this lol
 
lost 5lbs of my holiday weight so far only 3 and half to go.....its sooo easy to put it on and soo hard to get it off ha ha be easier just to chop an arm off me thinks

well im getting there. went to the cinema last night and took grapes to eat instead of buying chocolate so im really trying.

exercising tonight at my friends house to the exercise video.

got told of by my partner when he came home for moving the wardrobe on my own ha ha. iv got the other one to shift yet lol.

Yeh, a good day lots of shopping and running around with errands etc. Forgot my lunch and popped into the shops to buy a protein bar and apple (lunch), then i ran out of time for the gym, thinking about my yoga DVD or just floor exercises? not sure. Then in the afternoon I ate another bar (133cals, so not that bad!), apple, 2 crackers with cheese and a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt. Dinner as planned.


You know I used to have a rule no food after 7 or 7.30 at night and tonight I am reinforcing it!
Water wasnt so good about 2.4 ltrs.....

Well done on the grapes, and your weight has fallen off pretty quickly I might add, perhaps another week or two. When you loose this last bit are you at your goal???

And i'm sure I've asked before how tall are you and what is you goal weight?

Me 5ft7 and aiming for firstly, 65 kilos about 10.23st (is this right?) Then hoping to loose another 2 kilos.
