Need somebody & general chit chat

My hubby used to work in a factory/managing but also working on his feet, now he's a truckie!

very fit though, he's not in that photo with the bikini( why did we post these?) but in the one where I am wearing a dark blue collared shirt with my hair pulled back.

mines not fit bless his little cotton socks, we will start going to gym etc but at the momment we are soooo busy with life there really is no time
 
Know the feeling! Have been trying to get to the gym the past 2 days and to no avail. Thinking about getting motivated and going tomorrow morning before work as I have a late start.

I dont have any excuse really because my gym is 24hrs and about 500m down the road! I feel really lazy now.....

Yep, full of body builders too and sometimes hard to get on the machines as I generally go during the peak after work time. It's really good on the weekend though when you want to go about 5pm before you go out and dont have to panic about rushing before it closes or that you will only be able to do 30 mins before they kick you out.

I have 2 weeks of holidays starting next week and aim to blitz the gym 5 days a week. Hows the martial arts?

only lost 3 pounds so not happy, yes yes its a loss but not what i wanted i wanted at least 4 grrr never mind. i came home from fat club and had 2 bowls of frosties to cheer me up ha ha.

wish we had a 24hr gym im dure i would actually go then
 
Well dilemma for me. Feeling a little bloated and not feeling like a measure in tomorrow. Thinking I might put it off until Saturday morning.

I haven't really over eaten at all? Eaten extra but all healthy.....

Worried that if I measure tomorrow and have gained will put me in the wrong mind set!

if thats what you want to do but wouldnt you rather know, if you leave it till saturday you may spend all day friday worrying about it and just make things worse.

if you have put on tommorow wont it spur you on to do better? and if you havnt wont it make you feel good?

up to you sugar but you cant really avoid it, if you do your only trying to kid yourself really aint you, if you have put on you cant avoid finding out and its not really the end of the world is it?

But you are right... I think I am going write down why I want to loose this weight and what times of the day I feel tempted, then try and match these with things to do and avoid snacking.

I have 2 weeks holidays as of today and I really would like to stick to my plan, as I know that I can easily loose 4 or more kilos in the 2 weeks. What really gets me as I've done it before and worked really hard at it and I cant see to find that commitment again!

Anyway enough of me, YOU HAD A LOSS !!!!!

i know its frustrating isnt it. but your plan of finding the times and doing somethin else seems like a very good one.

if you tell yourself you have an appointment at the gym that cant be broken will that incourage you to go? i seem to really want to go but then find other things to do so i dont, were as if i see it as an appointment or somwere i need to be at that particular time im more likely to go...if you know what i mean?

yea i had a loss, a poo loss but still a loss. my birthday on saturday so hoping not to pig out too much and spoil it all again, cos i still need to get 8 pounds off i think it will help me to stay focused rather than being at what i want and thinking i can troff all day lol.

my mum is making me a chocolate birthday cake though! she always makes me a birthday cake, bless her.

keep your moral up, you do really really well and if you think about it you know you do. you will soon be at were you want to be, not long now just a bit more commitment and your target will be in your grasp

some one at work has just brought me a box of Weight Watchers oat digestive biscuits as she said she thought they would be better for me than a box of chocolates bless. i gave her 2 and had 2. was going to hand rest round office but there are not enough and ...well...i dont want too. lol.
