I think I need to start this diary to keep myself motivated - I tend to do well for a few days then lose my way.
So now I'm going to use this to stop me misbehaving!

omelette with-

peppers 0pp
prawns 1pp
coleslaw 1pp
2 kiwi 0pp
slim a soup 1pp
bread and butter 3pp
Roast chicken 4pp
gravy 1pp
BNS chips 0pp
broccoli 0pp
carrots 0pp
Shapers dessert 3pp
Total 22pp o need to think how to use the rest without going overboard. this is the dangerous time for me. Strong risk that I'll eat something stupid and wreck it! Really trying not to!
